Warranty

Every CaseCase order is custom made to order and covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If a problem is on our side, we repair or remake it at no cost. This page explains what the warranty covers, what it does not, and how to file a claim.

Coverage period: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

What the warranty covers

Within 30 days of delivery, we cover defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Relief texture lifting or separating from the case body
  • Print peeling, bubbling, or significant fading under normal use
  • Cracks or warping that are not the result of impact
  • A case that does not properly fit the phone model you ordered

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Drop, crush, or other impact damage
  • Normal wear from daily use, including light surface scratches
  • Damage from modification, extreme heat, or contact with chemicals
  • Results that match the digital preview you approved before production

How to file a claim

  1. Email support@casecase.art within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team reviews your claim and responds within one business day.
  4. For confirmed defects, we produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Our commitment

Every case passes a manual quality check before it ships. Quality control catches most issues before an order leaves our facility, and the 30-day warranty covers anything that slips through.
