Shipping Policy

Every CaseCase order is custom made to order, so nothing is sitting in a warehouse with your photo already on it. Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Here is how each part works.

Total time: production (10 to 15 business days) plus shipping (5 to 9 business days), depending on the method you choose at checkout.

Production time

After you approve your digital preview, your case goes into production. This takes 10 to 15 business days. We model your photo, build the raised relief layer by layer or apply the full-color UV print, cure the finish, and quality-check every case by hand before it ships.

Shipping methods and rates

Standard Shipping: $7.99, free on orders over $59. Typically 7 to 9 business days in transit.
Expedited Shipping: $15.99. Typically 5 to 7 business days in transit.

Transit time is counted from the day your order leaves our facility, not the day you place it. Delivery to remote areas, customs processing, and peak holiday periods can add a few days.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the carrier to register the first tracking update after dispatch.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive without additional charges. International orders, including the UK and EU, may be subject to import taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in transit we cannot reroute it. If you need to correct your address, email support@casecase.art within 24 hours of placing your order, before it enters production and ships.
