Before you email about an order

To help us resolve things in one reply, please include:

  • Your order number, which starts with # and is in your confirmation email
  • For a damaged delivery, clear photos of both the packaging and the case
  • For an address change, your request within 24 hours of ordering, before the case enters production

Not sure your photo will work?

Send it to us before you order. We will look it over and tell you honestly whether it will hold up as a raised relief or full-color print, and how to get a better result if it needs work. A clear, well-lit photo always makes the best case.
