Refund & Return Policy

Every CaseCase product is custom made from your photo and cannot be restocked or resold, so all sales are final under normal circumstances. We stand behind our work: if a problem is on our side, we make it right. This page explains cancellations, our quality guarantee, what is not covered, and how refunds are processed.

In short: free cancellation within 2 hours of ordering, and a 30-day quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects, wrong items, and shipping damage.

Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change your order for free within 2 hours of placing it. Email support@casecase.art with your order number as soon as possible.

After 2 hours, custom modeling and preparation usually have already started, so late cancellations carry a 30% processing fee to cover the work and materials already invested.

Quality guarantee (30 days from delivery)

If your order arrives with a problem caused by us, we cover it within 30 days of delivery. This includes:

  • The wrong item or wrong phone model shipped (not matching your order)
  • A clear manufacturing defect, such as relief lifting, print peeling, or a cracked shell on arrival
  • Damage during shipping, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the product

For any covered issue, you choose how we resolve it:

  • Free remake (recommended): we produce and ship a new case at no cost to you.
  • 70% refund: if you would rather not wait for a remake, we refund 70% of the order total. The remaining 30% covers the custom modeling, materials, and labor that cannot be recovered.

What is not covered

Because each case is made to order from your image, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind, ordering the wrong iPhone model, or the recipient simply not liking the design
  • Results limited by the original photo, since blurry, dark, or heavily cropped images carry those limits into the final case
  • A finished case that matches the digital preview you approved before production
  • Normal production variation, such as slight color differences from screen to print and minor texture variation inherent to 3D relief

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, and card refunds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Always contact us first at support@casecase.art. Unauthorized returns sent without prior arrangement cannot be processed. We respond to every request within one business day.
